Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a part-time Leasing Ambassador in West Lafayette, IN. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and support on- and off-campus marketing events to help achieve occupancy goals.

The role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage time effectively. Evening/weekend hours and Move-in related activities may be required. Bachelor's degree pursuit is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or real estate.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and assist in closing sales.
• Schedule tours, generate leads, complete guest cards, and conduct follow-ups.
• Promote the community via social media and email/text campaigns using the Property Management Software.
• Perform daily office tasks, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain detailed prospective resident logs.
