Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC seeks a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to deliver high-quality customer service and support residents. The role emphasizes occupancy goals, leasing current availability, and pre-leasing future units within a professional team.

Responsibilities include front desk tasks, greeting clients, handling calls, presenting communities, processing lease paperwork, and assisting with events. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university, with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed a minimum of one year at the enrolled college or university.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA (GPA verified annually).
• Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community.
• Must live on designated community floor as assigned by Community Manager.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Available to be scheduled for work approximately 20 hours per week.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinals Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Administrative Front Desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls.
• Present the community and apartment homes.
• Process lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Pass third party leasing shops and obtain Cardinal Way of Leasing certification.
• Maintain lease file documentation and site cleanliness.
• Assist with community events and other projects.
• On-call responsibilities including lock-outs and nightly rounds.
