Job summary

Capstone Management Partners is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) in Texas. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, supporting leasing activities, and maintaining a positive resident experience.

You will work about 20 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends, and participate in the Cardinal Way of Leasing training. The internship emphasizes front desk duties, lease paperwork, and event support while promoting occupancy and resident

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
• Must have completed at least one year of study.
• GPA must be 2.5 or higher and verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to residents and guests.
• Handle front desk administrative tasks and duties.
• Assist with leasing processes and show properties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Answer leasing calls and determine client needs.
• Professionally present the community and apartment homes.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain accuracy in lease documentation and assist audits.
• Participate in community events and plan activities.
• On-call responsibilities including after-hours and weekend shifts.
