Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed a minimum of one year at the enrolled college or university.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA, verified annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents.
• Complete front desk and administrative tasks.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospective clients and answer leasing calls.
• Present the community and apartments professionally and close leases.
• Maintain lease files and documentation.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
• Be available for evenings and weekends and on-call duties.
