Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an energetic Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our Houston community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure occupancy and strong resident retention.

The role requires strong customer service, marketing initiative, and ability to use on-site management software. On-site schedule may include evenings or weekends, plus potential bonuses based on performance.

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Screen credit and background checks and sign leases.
• Develop and follow marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate move‑in, document inspection, and ensure unit readiness.
• Advertise and market the community using online tools and referrals.
• Track vacancies and leasing activity in OneSite/Yardi.
• Maintain show units to company standards and prepare the leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages and contact renewals in advance.
• Respond quickly to resident and owner questions and document requests.
