Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Coordinator in Houston, TX to drive occupancy through effective leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.

Utilizing OneSite/Yardi, Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns, you will monitor show units, coordinate with maintenance, and push for renewals while maintaining high-quality showings. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales processes preferred.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Familiarity with showing apartments and securing renewals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
