Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive revenue and occupancy for multifamily communities. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining show-quality units.

You will also implement short- and long-term marketing plans, track traffic and leasing activity with on-site software, and support lease renewals with timely communications and documentation.

Qualifications

• Two years of leasing experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Active listening skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Monitor occupancy and respond to market conditions with marketing plans.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal activities with timely letters and packages.
• Address resident or owner questions promptly and document requests.
