Qualifications

• Two years of leasing experience in Multifamily industry.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Active listening skills and willingness to learn.
• Close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Monitor market conditions and implement plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet show-quality standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leasing or renewal decisions.
• Support lease renewal by preparing renewal letters and packages.
