Harbor Group Management Co. is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy at a multifamily community. You will show apartments, qualify leads, process applications, and coordinate marketing to maintain high occupancy and positive resident relations.

Responsibilities include executing leases, coordinating move-ins, and supporting the Property Manager with daily operations. Proficiency with Yardi/OneSite and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in leasing, sales, or customer service; property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents; showcase apartments.
• Qualify leads; process rental applications; run background checks.
• Ensure units are ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and onboarding packages.
• Design and implement marketing plans to generate traffic.
• Promote the community via digital platforms.
• Coordinate referrals and local networking.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and rental trends.
• Support retention with excellent customer service.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquent accounts.
• Ensure leasing office and tour path meet show standards.
