Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive revenue and occupancy for a multifamily community in Texas. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

You will inspect units, stay informed about market conditions, execute marketing plans, use on-site software to track availability and data, and follow up with prospects to convert interest into leases.

Qualifications

• Two years of leasing experience in multifamily housing.
• Solid sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Active listening and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects to set up property tours.
• Conduct community tours and show apartments to prospects.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Assist with move-in and ensure a smooth signing process.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Maintain marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies for concessions and programs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
