Capstone Management is seeking a leasing professional to drive occupancy and revenue for a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform screenings, and prepare lease packages. Maintain show units and coordinate move-ins to ensure a seamless resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases.
• Coordinate move-in and ensure a smooth sign-off for residents.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate maintenance if needed.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.
• Maintain show units to meet show-quality standards and aesthetics.
• Support marketing efforts to drive traffic to the community.
