Zusammenfassung

Capstone Management is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to achieve occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, screening credit and background checks, and coordinating move-ins.

You will inspect apartments, implement marketing plans to drive traffic, maintain show units, follow up with residents, and support lease renewals, while delivering outstanding service in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Solid sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Active listening skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Tax Credit Experience Required.

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments pre move-in and coordinate maintenance for any issues.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic; utilize Craigslist, Facebook, email and other channels.
• Track apartment availability and leasing activities using on-site software; capture resident data.
• Ensure show units meet show quality standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leasing decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal program with renewal letters and timely documents.
