Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking a leasing and sales professional to drive occupancy and revenue for multifamily communities in the United States.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credits and background checks, and prepare lease and move-in packages to ensure smooth resident onboarding. You will also inspect units, coordinate maintenance, implement marketing plans, use on-site management software, and follow up with prospects to close leases or

Qualifications

• Two years of leasing experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Solid sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Active listening skills and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Tax Credit experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package and ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Track apartment availability and leasing activity in on-site software.
• Ensure show units meet show quality standards and communicate upkeep needs to maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal program with letters and packages and pre-move-out contacts.
