Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to drive revenue and occupancy for our multifamily community. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare leases and move-in packages to ensure smooth resident onboarding.

You will inspect units, stay informed on market conditions, implement marketing plans, and use on-site software to track data and communications. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of Leasing experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Solid sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Active listening skills and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Use on-site PMS to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units are clean, staged, and ready for tours.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leasing and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
