Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to drive the sales process, build connections with prospects and residents, and deliver exceptional service to facilitate lease renewals with a clear path to a Community Manager role.

You will lead, mentor, and train in sales, marketing, and customer service; manage payments and audits for resident files; contribute to marketing and maintain property knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train in sales, marketing, and customer service to create a positive work environment.
• Manage financial transactions, payments, and audits for accurate resident file maintenance.
• Use effective selling techniques, maintain thorough community knowledge, and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Explain lease provisions, oversee move-in activities, and conduct orientations for new residents.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emails, address needs, and follow up on concerns.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure resident needs are met.
• Monitor property trends to anticipate future occupancy needs.
• Scheduled Hours: Tuesday-Saturday; 9am–6pm.
