Job summary

Greystar is seeking a part‑time Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities at a resident community. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and prepare lease and move‑in packages to ensure a smooth sign‑off.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement marketing plans, and drive occupancy while maintaining show‑unit quality and responding to resident needs. This role uses OneSite/Yardi and supports renewal efforts.

Qualifications

• In‑person leasing and resident relations experience.
• Ability to process applications and background checks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease to new residents, greet prospects, tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit checks, and move‑in packages.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move‑in and signing.
• Maintain show units and marketing area to show quality standards.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy.
• Support renewal letters and process with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and issues.
