Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community. You will guide prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases while ensuring move-in readiness and resident satisfaction.

You will stay informed on local market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and maintain strong resident relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales within residential properties is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to implement marketing plans and respond to market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, screen prospects, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy.
