The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member (ETM) at our Knoxville properties to blend marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

You will lead community tours, support sales initiatives, assist with social media, and help manage the office, clubhouse and amenities while delivering exceptional customer experiences during day shifts and on-call rotations. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide community and amenity tours.
• Support sales barriers feedback to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communication on various platforms to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives, engagement initiatives, and additional marketing opportunities.
• Always represent the community positively and professionally.
