Responsibilities

• Provide community and amenity tours to prospective and current residents.
• Offer feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management.
• Assist with local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Support social media and communications across platforms to engage customers.
• Plan, promote, and execute customer experience and engagement initiatives.
• Represent the community professionally both in and out of the office.
• Assist with property administration duties including mail/packages, office upkeep, and maintenance coordination.
