The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member (ETM) in Oxford, MS to blend marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service. Responsibilities include customer experience initiatives, tours, feedback to management, local marketing input, social media support and timely office operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer experience and sales through tours and engagement initiatives
• Offer feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging
• Assist with social media and communications to engage customers
• Plan, promote and execute customer experience and engagement initiatives
• Represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office
• Log, file and retrieve customer packages
• Assist with opening/closing and maintaining the office, clubhouse, grounds and amenities
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to aid in timely resolutions
