The Scion Group is hiring an Experience Team Member (ETM) to join our Auburn, AL team. This role blends marketing, relationship building, administration, and customer service in a fast-paced, collegiate setting.

You will engage residents and guests, support community initiatives, and help maintain a welcoming environment on-site. Ideal candidates bring a customer-centric mindset, strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work during summer, holidays, and turn periods as needed.
