Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member (ETM) at Lark in the Woods, Tuscaloosa, AL. This role blends marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service to enhance resident experiences.

Work in a fast-paced collegiate setting with a strong emphasis on customer care, communication and teamwork. The ETM supports events, tours, social media and property operations while upholding Scion's service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer experience and sales by prioritizing interactions and conducting tours.
• Offer feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management.
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communication to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience and engagement initiatives.
• Always represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office.
