Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a leasing professional to manage daily leasing tasks across Florida communities. You will respond to inquiries, schedule tours, explain pricing and promotions, and guide applicants through the move-in process.

The role requires high school diploma, excellent communication in English, and prior customer service or leasing experience. Travel to communities within the regional portfolio is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Experience in sales or leasing is preferred.
• Ability to speak and write clearly in English.
• Knowledge of property management or leasing processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and respond to prospective resident inquiries.
• Schedule tours and explain community features and pricing.
• Discuss application qualifications, move-in costs and promotions.
• Process applications, deposits and lease documents accurately.
• Support resident retention and renewal activities.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, inspections and paperwork.
