Job summary

The role involves leasing, renewals, reports, and coordinating with residents to ensure exceptional living experiences.

Qualifications

• LIHTC knowledge and Section 8 subsidies familiarity.
• Two years of college or industry certs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Minimum two years in property management with leasing and resident services.
• Experience with Concord Management is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem resolution experience.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Lease and market to prospective residents.
• Prepare renewal documents and communicate options and terms.
• Track documents for income certification and rent adjustments.
• Assist new residents with move-in and documentation.
• Collect and post rents, issue late notices, and arrange payment plans.
• Inspect vacant units and document condition for deposits.
• Generate reports to track rent collections, delinquencies, and occupancy.
• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Respond to resident complaints and resolve issues.
• Support resident activities and community events.
• Work schedule may include evenings, weekends, and on-call support.
