Job summary

ConcordRENTS seeks a full-time leasing professional in Leesburg, FL to drive leasing and resident satisfaction within our multifamily communities. You will greet prospective residents, present floorplans, explain move-in costs and promotions, and guide applicants through the application and approval process.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service or sales experience is required.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity.
• Knowledge of leasing processes and resident screening is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments by presenting floorplans, touring the community and explaining options.
• Respond promptly to prospective residents and schedule tours.
• Explain move-in costs, promos and monthly rents based on features.
• Prepare units for move-in and ensure community areas are clean and welcoming.
• Follow up with leads and manage application flow to secure leases.
• Maintain knowledge of community amenities and neighboring properties.
