Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a leasing professional to join our Florida portfolio. You will perform daily leasing tasks, respond to prospective residents, explain lease options, and guide applicants through move-in processes to achieve occupancy goals.

You will also support marketing and community relations, coordinate with staff to collect documents, and help maintain first-rate resident experiences across our multifamily communities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Experience in property leasing or sales is preferred.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and coordinate marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily leasing tasks and prepare the property for tours.
• Respond promptly to prospective residents and schedule tours.
• Explain lease options, move-in costs, and current promotions.
• Generate applications, follow up, and maintain resident relations.
• Collaborate with Café teams for document submission and unit assignment.
• Inspect community spaces and ensure compliance with Concord standards.
• Support resident activities and event participation as needed.
