Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and prepare property for business daily.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries.
• Schedule tours and present floorplans and amenities.
• Explain lease options and move-in costs.
• Obtain applications and follow up with prospects.
• Support marketing and outreach to local businesses.
• Manage resident communications and renewals.
