Job summary

ConcordRENTS seeks a motivated leasing professional to drive occupancy and deliver a customer-centric experience across Florida communities. You will handle daily leasing tasks, tours, and inquiries while promoting promotions and lease options.

This role emphasizes rapport-building with future and current residents and collaboration with on-site teams. Essential functions include preparing properties, processing applications, collecting deposits, and coordinating move-ins, renewals, and service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Property management leasing experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and prepare property for business, including tours and marketing.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries and schedule tours.
• Explain lease options, move-in costs, and promotions.
• Coordinate applications, deposits and unit assignments.
• Maintain customer service standards and follow up with residents.
• Assist with outreach marketing and cafe applications.
