ConcordRENTS seeks a proactive leasing specialist to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional resident experiences at our Florida communities. You will handle tours, qualify applicants, explain lease options, and coordinate move-ins with a focus on responsiveness and accuracy.

The role demands strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. You’ll collaborate with maintenance, marketing, and Café teams to maintain property standards and

Competenze

Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are required.
Property management leasing experience is preferred.
Knowledge of general business is advantageous.
Ability to speak, read and write English.

Mansioni

Prepare the property for business by completing Morning Merchandising and inspecting spaces.
Respond timely to prospective resident inquiries and schedule tours.
Explain lease options, move-in costs, and current promotions.
Assist in outreach marketing to local businesses and support Café teams.
Inspect apartment homes prior to move-in to ensure adherence to Concord standards.
Coordinate lease documentation and deposit processing and move-out procedures.
