Job summary

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Property management leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily leasing tasks to prepare units for marketing and showings.
• Respond promptly to prospective residents and schedule tours.
• Explain lease options, move-in costs, and current promotions to applicants.
• Assess applicants' qualifications and guide them through the application process.
• Maintain knowledge of community features, floor plans, and amenities for resident retention.
• Conduct move-in inspections and ensure occupancy goals are met.
• Represent ConcordRENTS with courtesy, urgency, and professional service.
