Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a leasing professional to join our Florida communities. You will greet prospects, present floorplans, and guide applicants through the rental process to achieve occupancy goals. This role requires exceptional customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including tours, applications, and move‑in coordination.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general business, property management, sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
• Property management leasing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem resolution work experience.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and prepare units for showing.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries.
• Schedule tours and present floorplans and community features.
• Explain lease options and move‑in costs to applicants.
• Discuss qualifications, deposits and promotions with prospects.
• Collect required documents and process applications and deposits.
• Renew residents and manage move‑out procedures when needed.
