Job summary

ConcordRENTS seeks a leasing professional to support apartment communities across Florida. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of general business, property management, sales or customer service.
• Experience in property management leasing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily leasing tasks and prepare the property for business (Morning Merchandising).
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries and schedule tours.
• Explain lease options, move-in costs, current promotions and specials.
• Initiate timely follow-up with prospective residents and maintain property knowledge.
• Assist in outreach marketing and resident events; coordinate inspections and move-in procedures.
