ConcordRENTS seeks a dedicated Leasing Associate to drive apartment leasing, conduct property tours, and deliver exceptional customer service across our Florida communities. You will respond to inquiries, explain lease options, process applications and coordinate move-ins to achieve occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general business, property management, sales or customer service is required.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
• Property management leasing experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks essential to leasing an apartment home, including property prep and tours.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries and schedule tours.
• Explain lease options, move-in costs and promotions to applicants.
• Process applications, deposits and documents to secure units.
• Maintain product knowledge and monitor competition to support occupancy goals.
• Represent the organization with residents and prospective residents with courteous service.
