RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will also handle renewals, maintain show units, and support marketing efforts through online tools and local outreach in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
