RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing apartments, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, sales, and marketing skills, along with experience in property management and customer service. You will maintain property appearance, enforce lease terms, and support renewal activities to maximize occupancy.

Competenze

• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to manage leasing processes, screenings, and renewals with accuracy.

Mansioni

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Monitor market trends and adjust plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Enforce lease terms, handle move-ins, renewals, and collections as needed.
• Maintain property appearance and safety standards through daily inspections.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with teams for resolutions.
