You will greet prospects, conduct tours, screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate renewals, with regular weekend availability and a focus on service, safety, and community standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service preferred.
• Proficient in using property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face; conduct tours and process applications.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; perform background checks and credit screening.
• Maintain property showings, market the property, and drive occupancy and renewals.
