Job summary

Cardinal is seeking a Leasing Community Intern at Victory at Syracuse to deliver high quality customer service and support residents. The role supports occupancy goals through leasing current and future availability, working at the community front desk and completing lease paperwork.

You must be enrolled in a degree program, maintain a 2.5 GPA, and be able to work ~20 hours weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year of college.
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA; annual verification.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Present the community and apartment homes; close the sale; follow up.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain lease file documentation and assist with audits.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
• On-call responsibilities including evenings and weekends.
