Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Leasing Community Intern to support leasing operations and resident services at our community in Orlando. This temporary, non-exempt role emphasizes customer service, front desk duties, and teamwork to drive occupancy and positive resident experiences.

You will participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training, greet prospective clients, handle inquiries, and assist with applications and reporting. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credits.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; GPA is checked annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Perform administrative front desk tasks.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing training and certification.
• Greet clients, answer leasing calls, determine needs, and present community and homes selling features.
• Handle lease applications and file paperwork; maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with planning community events and various projects as assigned.
