Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a degree program with at least 6 college credits.
• At least 1 year of college completed.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher; annual verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Perform front desk administrative tasks.
• Complete Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospective clients and present the community and apartments.
• Process lease applications and maintain lease files.
• Pass third-party leasing shops and obtain Cardinal leasing certification.
• Keep tour path clean for a positive first impression.
• Collaborate with team and participate in community events.
• Be on-call for lock-outs and nightly rounds; evenings/weekends.
