Cardinal in Morgantown is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to deliver high quality customer service to residents and help achieve 100% occupancy through retention and pre-leasing. This role supports front desk duties, lease paperwork, and participation in Cardinal Way of Leasing training.

You must be enrolled in a degree program, maintain a 2.5 GPA, and be able to lift 40 lbs, work approx. 20 hours weekly, evenings and weekends, and have a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed a minimum of one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA; GPA verified annually; probation/suspension possible for low GPA.
• Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community.
• Must live on designated community floor as assigned by Community Manager.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Available to work approximately 20 hours per week; evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Be an ambassador for customer service by delivering high-quality service.
• Perform Administrative Front Desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospective clients and present the community and apartment homes.
• Handle lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Pass third party leasing shops and obtain Cardinal Way of Leasing certification.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in audits.
• Ensure cleanliness of the tour path for a positive first impression.
• Maintain professional attitude with team, residents, and vendors.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects as assigned.
