Job summary

Cardinal in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to deliver high quality customer service and advance occupancy by leasing current availability and pre-leasing future units. You'll complete lease applications, participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing, greet prospects, answer calls, present the community, and maintain lease file documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; must be enrolled in a degree program with at least 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college/university.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA; GPA may be checked annually.
• Current or future leaseholder of community; valid driver's license.
• Available to work approximately 20 hours per week, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Administrative Front Desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Greet prospective clients, answer calls, determine needs, and present the community and apartments.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork; maintain documentation.
