Landmark Properties is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Assistant to help plan community events and engage in on- and off-campus activities. You will assist in serving prospective residents to meet goals set by the Community Manager and act as a quality leader among Community Ambassadors.

The role focuses on leasing, marketing, and creating positive community experiences, requiring an outgoing attitude and strong coordination of monthly events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and must act as a quality leader to the Community Ambassadors.
• Strong service orientation to prospective residents and families.
• Ability to assist in creating and executing events and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain model and tour route daily.
• Assist with maintaining property curb appeal.
• Track and report leasing data, metrics and goals.
• Develop methods to retain residents and attract new ones.
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Organize and manage monthly resident and marketing events.
• Prepare for housing fairs and campus events.
• Assist with social media campaigns to sustain a presence.
• Ensure follow-up with prospective residents.
