Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador in Miami to lead leasing efforts and enhance resident experience. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, assist in planning marketing events, and help achieve occupancy goals under the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

You will manage tours, respond to inquiries, and support social media campaigns while maintaining a professional, organized approach in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major preferred.
• Must possess strong organization skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and clearly communicate information to prospective residents, residents and guarantors.
• Close sales by generating leads, scheduling tours, and following LEASE Training guidelines.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events.
• Assist with email and text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Maintain a positive community environment and adhere to Fair Housing laws.
