Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to lead the leasing process and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will guide prospective residents, conduct tours, promote the community, and assist in executing marketing campaigns and events.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends, with a focus on closing sales and maintaining a positive community environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a related major preferred.
• Strong organization skills and reliability are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales per LEASE Training guidelines.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and on/off-campus marketing events.
• Respond to inquiries timely and maintain detailed activity logs.
• Enter maintenance requests and log packages; communicate with residents.
• Support in planning and participating in resident events and turnover activities.
