Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to manage customer accounts, renewals, and payments in a retail store setting. You will update records, perform calls or visits to drive renewals, and support the sales team with daily revenue goals.

A strong emphasis on customer service and reliable, clear communication is required. The role involves lifting and moving items, operating the store vehicle, and adhering to safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in home visits.
• Encourage timely lease payments and renewals.
• Support revenue and renewal goals with the Customer Account Manager.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
