Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers through payments and lease renewals, helping them move toward ownership of merchandise. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance-driven goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and tracking revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and contact those with expired agreements.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure products, and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
