Job summary

Aaron’s in the United States is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to maintain customer accounts, update information in-store systems, and support renewal efforts across the sales and lease-to-own business.

You will directly contact customers who have not renewed leases, promote timely renewal payments, help the sales team hit daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals, and assist with merchandise returns, deliveries, and vehicle-related tasks while upholding Aaron’s standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High energy with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle; operate vehicle safely.
