Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Learning Technology Administrator to manage and optimize our enterprise learning ecosystem. You will own platforms, integrations, data, AI-enabled tools, and the learner experience to ensure accessible, connected, and efficient Marathon Health University for teammates.

The role requires success with implementing and administering enterprise learning platforms, strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and a focus on the teammate experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Learning & Development, Education, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise learning management systems or learning technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the enterprise learning technology ecosystem, including platforms, configuration, integrations, data, testing, learner experience, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
• Lead learning technology implementation and enhancement initiatives from planning to adoption and optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Organizational Development, vendors, content providers, and business stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Identify risks and barriers, drive solutions, and support change management and end-user adoption.
• Develop and maintain learning reports, dashboards, and analytics related to participation, completion, utilization, and learning effectiveness.
