Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years administering enterprise learning management systems or learning tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner of Marathon Health University's learning ecosystem.
• Lead implementation and optimization from planning to adoption and stabilization.
• Develop plans, timelines, milestones, and risk assessments for learning technology projects.
• Create reports and dashboards to measure participation, completion, and learning impact.
• Collaborate with Organizational Development, vendors, and content providers.
