Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Learning Technology Administrator to own and optimize our learning ecosystem. You will administer platforms, integrations, data, AI-enabled tools, and the teammate experience, partnering with Organizational Development and vendors to deliver connected learning from onboarding through development.

The role requires 5+ years administering enterprise learning systems, experience with 360Learning and Articulate 360, and strong project management skills to drive adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years administering enterprise learning tech.
• Experience with enterprise learning platforms and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for learning ecosystems.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled learning workflows desired.
• Proven ability to manage complex learning technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and owner of the enterprise learning tech ecosystem.
• Manage courses, pathways, academies, cohorts, certifications, and the catalog.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, SOPs, and QA across systems.
• Provide learner/admin support and partner on vendor integrations.
• Lead planning, configuration, migration, testing, and launch of initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional work to meet project goals.
• Identify risks and drive solutions for adoption and optimization.
• Ensure accessibility and usability of Marathon Health University.
